Sweetwood Jerk Joint is an authentic Jamaican Jerk shack, cooking Jamaica's signature jerk cuisine in the traditional way (on a barbeque over a rack of pimento wood). Jerk chicken, pork and conch are the mainstay of Sweetwood but roast fish and conch are also available. The usual accompaniments of festival, roast breadfruit and sweet potato are also cooked up on the barbeque.
